The sisters, now in their 30s, face their biggest and most challenging roles yet – Tia entering motherhood and Tamera becoming a newlywed.

Following TIA & TAMERA, E! NEWS darling Giuliana Rancic – who has made recent headlines with her shocking breast cancer diagnosis – and husband Bill return for Season 3 of GIULIANA & BILL at 10 p.m. ET.

Season 3 focuses on the couple’s continued desire to start a family and finally put down roots in one city (visit eonline.ca to confirm local listings).

In the TIA & TAMERA premiere episode titled “Sisters & Babies & Weddings – Oh My!,” (Thursday, Nov. 24 at 9 p.m. ET), Tia and Tamera embark on some major life transformations. At a crossroads in their lives, Tia prepares for the birth of her first child and the reality of becoming a mother, while Tamera plans the wedding of her dreams as she gets ready to make the transition from fiancée to wife of FOX News correspondent Adam Housley.

Viewers get an all-access pass as the sisters learn how to balance their successful acting careers with the pressures of their personal relationships and responsibilities, all while discovering that they need each other’s support now more than ever.

After the recent revelation of E! NEWS anchor Giuliana Rancic’s breast cancer diagnosis and successful lumpectomy surgery in early October, Season 3 of GIULIANA & BILL follows the couple as continue their quest to start a family. In the Season 3 premiere episode titled “Baby Steps,” (Thursday, Nov. 24 at 10 p.m. ET), Giuliana and Bill decide that having a baby is their top priority. After unsuccessfully trying to get pregnant naturally, they pursue the next step in an effort to expand their family with the help of in vitro fertilization (IVF). The process turns out to be more complicated than they had envisioned, and the two butt heads over making time for it in their non-stop schedules. Giuliana wants to make sure Bill is committed to the process, but Bill wants to make sure they’re financially secure enough to bring a baby into their world. They decide to move forward with IVF, and eventually find out if their transfers are successful and they are as Giuliana finds out she is pregnant. Giuliana attributes the early detection of her breast cancer to the same IVF treatments she started in Season 3.
