Global News is pleased to announce that its new flagship political program The West Block with Tom Clark has landed an exclusive interview with Prime Minister Stephen Harper as part of the program’s premiere this Sunday, November 6 at 11am ET/CT, 10am MT/PT, and 12pm AT. 

As the only network to be granted an interview with Stephen Harper, Global News’ Chief Political Correspondent Tom Clark will sit down with the Prime Minister to explore his thoughts on the Eurozone crisis, and the very serious implications it could have on the Canadian economy.

Airing weekly from Parliament Hill, The West Block with Tom Clark will cut through the spin and political jargon to make issues accessible to all Canadians.

The program will circumvent political talking points and engage in down-to-earth conversations that will enlighten viewers on all the hot-topic issues making waves across the country.

The West Block with Tom Clark will also go behind the scenes and show the real, unscripted moments on Parliament Hill to give viewers an insider glimpse of day-to-day life in our nation’s capital.
