The Office - Season 9The Office’s John Krasinksi has been cast in Arrested Development.

The actor, best known for playing Jim Halpert in the US version of The Office, will join the fourth season of Arrested Development in a guest role.

No details of his role has been released but Krasinski joins the likes of Seth Rogen (This IS The End), Kristen Wiig (Bridesmaids), Conan O’Brien (The Conan O’Brien Show), Isla Fisher (The Wedding Crashers) and John Slattery (Mad Men) in making a cameo in the Netflix season. Continue reading »

A Super Bowl ad for The Office’s Dunder Mifflin brand of paper will go to air during the big game this weekend.

The ad is for, an office products firm who produces real Dunder Mifflin supplies.

OfficeCarellSorry, Office fans, Steve Carell will not be returning to the series for its finale.

Showrunner Greg Daniels has confirmed the news that the former boss, Michael Scott, will not return to help celebrate the series finale with the rest of the cast.

Daniels confirmed that the focus will be on the rest of the cast saying goodbye to the show, saying that the season “is the goodbye that the rest of the show gets to have.”

He said that Carell “was very much of the opinion that the ‘Goodbye Michael’ episode and story arc leading up to it was the goodbye to the fans and the show.” Continue reading »
