In the exciting, live season 13 finale, the contestants return for a special reunion and one final weigh-in to show how much weight they’ve lost since beginning their journeys. Those who have been eliminated compete for a $100,000 “at home” prize. Then, one of the three finalists will be named the “Biggest Loser” – taking home the $250,000 grand prize.

In the highly-anticipated makeover episode, the six remaining players compete in a challenge shattering glass pane images of their former selves from week one. Fashion expert Jeannie Mai stops by to share a big surprise – a special video message from First Lady Michelle Obama inviting the players to the White House. Eager to meet the First Lady, Jeannie Mai helps contestants choose new outfits to fit their slimmer figures, and celebrity stylist Ken Paves crafts chic new looks for the players. Later, at the White House, family members surprise the competitors as they reveal their transformations in heart-warming, emotional reunions.

This week, the 11 remaining players are put to the test when they all go home for 18 days with a chance to gain immunity by losing five per cent of their body weight. They’ll also compete individually in a home-rowing challenge that will award the winner $10,000 at the weigh-in. Later, the contestants return to the ranch for gruelling last chance workouts. Then another player goes home in the most emotional elimination of this season.

This week, the contestants are faced with a temptation competition involving their favourite foods. The winner gains game-changing power to arrange the two teams however they like – all while remaining anonymous. After an unpopular decision to switch up the teams is made, tensions rise and suspicion grows about the identity of the competition winner. Later, after a drama-fuelled weigh-in and elimination, another contestant is sent home.

This week, one player from each team will be going home with their trainer and that player’s weight will be the only amount that counts at the next weigh-in. It’s also Valentine’s Day at the Biggest Loser ranch, and the team that wins the weekly challenge will receive letters from loved ones at home. The red and black teams do their best to burn calories while their trainers are away, and one contestant gets help preparing a special meal from Biggest Loser nutritionist Rachel Beller. Then, the trainers and the two players they went home with return for a tense weigh-in before another contestant is eliminated.

The stakes are high this week as the teams compete in a fierce battering ram challenge that will give the winners exclusive rights to the gym, and force the losers to find other creative ways to burn calories. Both trainers – Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince – struggle with certain contestants who they feel aren’t giving it their all.

This week kicks off with a Chinese buffet temptation that will give the winner complete control of how contestants will be matched up for a face-off challenge in the gym – and also give them a two-pound advantage to use or give away. Later, trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince coach the contestants through a wild water-transfer challenge that will reward the winning team with the most coveted prize of all – video chats with loved ones from home. Then, one player makes a shocking decision that stuns everyone, before another contestant is sent packing following the weigh-in.

The stakes get higher when representatives of each team bid on the percentage of weight they think their team will lose at the weigh-in. The highest bidder gets a five-pound advantage if they hit their target, or lose the advantage to the other team if they don’t hit their mark. Then, the black and red teams square off in a fast-paced challenge of turning an anchor wheel to retrieve puzzle pieces, and then race against the clock to put the puzzle together. Later, the players get a sobering wakeup call when Dr. Huizenga reveals their real “inner ages,” before the weigh-in.
