TSN has live coverage of David Beckham’s final game with the LA Galaxy as the team squares off against the Houston Dynamo in the MLS CUP 2012 on Saturday, Dec. 1 at 4:30 p.m. ET.

The highly anticipated MLS CUP 2012 is a rematch of last year’s championship, which saw Beckham win his first league title in front of a home crowd as the Galaxy defeated the Dynamo 1-0.

In honour of Beckham’s final game with the Galaxy, all editions of today’s Sportscentre will feature the “Top 10 David Beckham Moments” in MLS.

TSN has live coverage of the first Canadian team to qualify for the MLS CUP Playoffs, as the Vancouver Whitecaps battle David Beckham and the LA Galaxy in the Western Conference Knockout Round on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 10:30 p.m. ET (see below for full broadcast schedule).

The Vancouver Whitecaps secured the Western Conference’s final playoff spot to take on the fourth place and defending MLS CUP Champion, LA Galaxy. The Whitecaps are anchored by Scottish international midfielder Barry Robson and the explosive attacking tandem of Darren Mattocks and Camilo. Along with Beckham, LA Galaxy’s star-studded line-up includes Robbie Keane, Ireland national team captain, and Landon Donovan, last year’s MLS CUP MVP. Continue reading »

Bell Canada has been revealed as the new premier partner of the Canadian Soccer Association.

As part of the agreement, the broadcaster’s logo will feature on all national team kits, across all age groups, and all of Canada’s FIGA World Cup qualifiers will be available live on Bell Mobile TV.

“We couldn’t ask for a better partner,” Peter Montopoli, general secretary of the CSA, said in a statement. “Bell is one of Canada’s most recognized brands with a long history of supporting Olympic and amateur sports.
