Top Chef Masters, II premieres its third episode tonight, Monday, May 3 at 9pm ET/10pm PT on Food Network Canada with the Real Housewives of Orange County sharing their expertise in the world of cocktails as guest judges in the Quickfire Challenge.

This week’s elimination challenge brings competing culinary artists to the cramped kitchen of Tom Bergin’s Tavern on Fairfax, the oldest Irish establishment in L.A., where they must re-invent traditional pub dishes ranging from bangers and mash to fish ‘n’ chips. Graham Elliot Bowles, Jonathan Waxman, Ludo Lefebvre, Mark Peel, Rick Moonen, and Wylie Dufresne go head-to-head in a rousing attempt to satisfy the venue’s clientele with old-school tastes and skeptical attitudes towards “modern” pub food.

On March 20, 2009 Bravo announced a Casting Call for Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Orange County which also airs on the Slice Network in Canada. With only a few of the original cast members remaining from Season 1 of the popular series; Vicki Gunvalson and Jeana Keough, fans of the show can’t help but wonder how many cast members will depart after Season 4.

March 20, 2009 – Bravo’s celebrated series about real women, living fabulous real lives, is headed back to the OC!  The hit docu-soap TV series gives viewers an inside look at Southern California’s most glamorous Housewives.  Bravo is looking for fabulous women and their families to be featured in the next season of the series.

We are looking for outgoing, exciting, strong, focused women who reside in South Orange County and want to share their lives with us.

We are looking for women who are “Housewives” in the present-day sense.  They should be lively and energetic, with defined opinions and views.  The women will have busy lives, involvement with the community, strong work ethic, an active social calendar and an enjoyment of the good life.

We love women who are self-confident and happy with who they are.
The women, their significant others and families must be open to sharing their experiences with the producers and the television audience.

Bravo’s Casting Call for Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Orange County closes April 4, 2009; so if you are a resident of Orange County who wants to appear on the show; act fast!
