Love You, Mean It with Whitney Cummings has been canned by E! after just one season.

“Production has completed on ‘Love You, Mean It With Whitney Cummings,’ and the last episode aired last Wednesday,” an E! spokesperson said in a statement.

The Chelsea Handler-produced series debuted in November.

Both Jeff Probst and Ricki Lake’s talkshows have been cancelled in the past few weeks also.

10:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 5 on E!

A weekly medley of witty commentary featuring Whitney’s take on everything from the biggest pop culture and celebrity happenings, to life, relationships, sex, and more.

With Whitney Cummings returning to her stand-up roots in her new E! show “Love You, Mean It With Whitney Cummings,” celebrity guests are sending in their RSVPs to join her.

Mindy Kaling, star of the hit series “The Mindy Project,” will team up with Whitney for her inaugural show, airing Wednesday, November 28 at 10:30 pm ET/PT. Kaling, who rose to the top of the industry for her work on “The Office,” went on to create “The Mindy Project,” for which Fox has already ordered 24 episodes.

Guests for episodes upcoming through the end of the year include comedy giant Will Ferrell, Lizzy Caplan (“New Girl),” and Ginnifer Goodwin (“Once Upon a Time” and “Big Love”). Continue reading »

E!’s favourite actress, writer, and comedienne Whitney Cummings is back with her very own talk series executive produced by the hilarious Chelsea Handler, Love You, Mean It with Whitney Cummings, premiering Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 10:30 p.m. ET on E! (visit eonline.ca for local broadcast times).

With the 30-minute talk series on E!, viewers now get a double dose of Cummings on Wednesdays with the second season premiere of her 30-minute comedy Whitney premiering Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CTV Two. An encore of Whitney airs Mondays at 7:30 p.m. ET beginning Nov. 19 on E!.

A new weekly talk show starring it girl Whitney Cumming’s comedic take on pop culture.

E! Canada revealed today the next phase of the network’s evolution. Step-in-step with E! in the U.S., the evolution is centered on expanding, elevating and enhancing the global pop culture brand to achieve the network’s mission to inspire and entertain the pop culture fan in everyone.

The evolution, including a stylish new look, logo, tagline and brand campaign, embodies the way that pop culture has been embraced, redefined and amplified across today’s social spectrum. The global brand refresh debuts Monday, July 9 with the premiere of E!’s new series from Nigel Lythgoe, OPENING ACT. 

E! Canada also announced today it is premiering new series MARRIED TO JONAS this August, which follows one of America’s sweetest couples Kevin and Danielle Jonas as they settle down in their New Jersey home and establish a happy suburban life.

Also premiering later this year is Whitney Cumming’s new weekly talk show LOVE YOU, MEAN IT WITH WHITNEY CUMMINGS which features a medley of witty commentary including Whitney’s take on everything from the biggest pop culture and celebrity happenings, to life, relationships, sex, and more.
