Grammy2013City has confirmed that the Grammy Awards will be back on the network after 19 years.

A new three-year deal has been struck that sees City acquire the exclusive Canadian broadcast rights to the biggest night in music.

The agreement, which runs through 2016, sees the GRAMMY Awards return to City after 19 years. City previously televised the GRAMMY Awardsin 1994 and 1995.

Grammy2013If you’re not sick of awards season by now then Global has another of the major annual ceremonies this weekend for you to enjoy.

The 55th Annual Grammy Awards take place in LA this Sunday (February 10) and Global has coverage beginning at 7pm ET/PT with a one-hour live ET Canada special.
