In “The Play’s the Thing,” Miss Tutweiler assigns the class a project to write and direct their own play. When Cody and Bailey each write their own version of their break-up, they forget they are presenting to a live audience and the performance turns into a fight about what really happened. Keeping with the lonely hearts theme, Sonny decides to write a song about her break-up with Chad in the season two finale of Sonny With A Chance at 6:30 p.m. ET/PT.

The night continues to be action packed with a new episode of Hannah Montana Forever, premiering at 7 p.m. ET/PT. In “I Am Mamaw, Hear Me Roar!” Mamaw isn’t pleased when Miley’s new life interferes with their one-on-one time. Talk show host Kelly Ripa (Live! with Regis and Kelly) guest stars as herself.

In a new episode of Wizards of Waverly Place airing at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT, Alex enrolls in Justin’s Wiz Tech delinquent class much to Justin’s dislike and an accidental mutant spell is created and Max is turned into a seven-year-old little girl, ‘Maxine.’

Finally, You’re So Cupid premieres at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The movie follows fraternal twin sisters Emma (Danielle Chuchran) and Lily (Caitlin E.J. Meyer) who are as different as night and day. Inseparable since the day they were born, Emma and Lily have an insatiable desire to play matchmaker, even though they’ve never fallen in love themselves. As they enter their senior year in high school, Emma and Lily finally each find themselves falling for a guy; however, life gets complicated when they discover they’re both in love with the same boy. Sisterhood is tossed out the window as they plot to sabotage each other in order to win their crush’s affections.

Fresh TV, in association with Family Channel, announced today that production is underway for its new live-action situation comedy Really Me. Filming is taking place in Toronto. The first episode is set to air in April on Family Channel.

“Really Me is about the good, the bad and the ugly of being on reality TV, and shows just how crazy family life can get when the cameras are rolling 24/7,” said Tom McGillis, President, Fresh TV Inc. “We are very excited about our cast of industry veterans and rising stars.”

Really Me follows the life of 15-year-old Maddy (Sydney Imbeau: Marley & Me: The Puppy Years (post-production), Supernatural), the ordinary-turned-famous 9th grader who wins the ultimate contest of landing her own reality TV show for a year. Middle-child Maddy has been overshadowed her entire life by her gorgeous, popular older brother, Brody (Wesley Morgan: Unnatural History, Being Erica, Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars, Degrassi: the Next Generation), her super genius little brother, Clarke (Azer Greco: The Town Christmas Forgot), and her former NHL hockey star father, Ray (Neil Crone: Little Mosque, The Summit, Hollywoodland).

Things begin to look up once Maddy and her best friend, Julia (Kiana Madeira: Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars) suddenly become the stars of VTV’s brand new reality show. But Maddy quickly realizes that even though she’s the star, actually getting on the screen can be tough when you live with a family of scene-stealers.

Through a series of mishaps, drama and embarrassing moments, Maddy and Julia demonstrate the true meaning of friendship by staying real to themselves… and to each other. Despite the competition, no camera crew could ever have any negative effect on the love Maddy’s family has for each other, on or off the screen.

Really Me was developed by Fresh TV, in association with Family Channel. Executive producers are Tom McGillis, Jennifer Pertsch, Brian Irving and George Elliot. Associate Producer is Robin McLeod and the Producer is Manny Danelon.

Really Me is directed by Brian Roberts, who is also the creative producer. The Series Director of Photography is Gerald Packer and the Production Designer is Brian Verhoog.

Astral’s Family Channel will look very different on air and online today as the number one network with kids aged 8-14 unveils a rejuvenated brand identity.

The brand refresh coincides with the launch of Family Channel HD, a new network now available free of charge to eligible customers of Bell Satellite TV and Rogers Communications who already subscribe to the Family Channel standard definition service. Family Channel HD is set to launch on Bell Fibe TV and MTS in the coming weeks.

“As part of the new look, the Family logo bounces, floats and pops. It never sits quietly on a shelf but bursts with life and energy,” said Heather Senst, Vice President, Creative Services. “Through our new look our viewers are instinctively reminded of the fun, surprising and relatable nature of their favourite Family shows.”

At the centre of the refresh strategy is a focus on the main assets of the network: the strength of the existing brand, the high-profile programming broadcast by Family and the network’s enduring popularity with audiences. The look has been updated to better reflect the energy of Family Channel shows as well as the interests and aspirations of its viewers. In between programs, new on air IDs feature intricate animation and star the recognizable Family logo as the instigator of all on-screen action. Online, the new look of Family.ca complements the on-air brand, utilizing key elements of the on air creative. A new Family.ca site will be unveiled in late February.

The new on-air elements have been designed to be compatible with both the standard definition and the newly launched high definition versions of the channel. Mirroring the schedule on Family Channel, Family Channel HD features hit Disney programming such as JONAS L.A., Good Luck Charlie and Wizards of Waverly Place along with newly launched Fish Hooks and Pair of Kings in high definition. Family Channel HD will also feature successful Canadian series in high definition such as Wingin’ It and the new series, Connor Undercover.
