All For One with Debbie Travis

CBC Television has this season’s winning line-up for Sunday nights—as CBC’s SUPER SUNDAYS debut on Sept. 26.

It’s three hours of drama, action and surprises in prime time—and it will get families all across Canada making the end of the weekend a date to keep with CBC. One night, one stellar line-up, it all starts with HEARTLAND at 7 p.m., followed by BATTLE OF THE BLADES at 8 p.m. and wraps with ALL FOR ONE WITH DEBBIE TRAVIS at 9 p.m.

SUPER SUNDAYS kick off at 7 p.m. with the season premiere of HEARTLAND, the sprawling family drama that’s riding back into Sunday nights for its fourth season on CBC. Last season, it attracted more than a million weekly viewers. In the dramatic season premiere, Amy tries to pretend that nothing has changed when Ty returns to Heartland with a surprise guest.

At 8 p.m., BATTLE OF THE BLADES returns, pairing elite female figure skaters with ex-National Hockey League stars in an on-ice showdown that will leave Canadians on the edge of their seats.  The season begins with a behind-the-scenes look at the 16 contestants as they meet each other for the first time as competitors, lace up their skates, hit the ice for boot camp training and eagerly discover who the pairs will be for the fierce competition ahead.

And at 9 p.m., it’s the world television premiere of ALL FOR ONE WITH DEBBIE TRAVIS. Canada’s beloved TV icon and best-selling author visits Canadian towns and cities to surprise the locals with plans for a stunning home construction project as a reward for an unsuspecting community hero. What the community doesn’t know is that Debbie is on her own—and they have to step up and pitch in. In the series debut Debbie needs to convince Montreal’s Italian community to leave their TV sets and the World Cup behind to come together and complete a huge home renovation for a local unsung hero in only five days.

Note that Episode 1 of ALL FOR ONE WITH DEBBIE TRAVIS airs Sunday, September 26 followed by the Full Series Premiere Sunday, October 17.  Debbie Travis will be interacting with fans during every show: visit
