There have been rumors circulating that Jon Gosselin and Octomom are about to team up in a reality TV mashup which began since Nadia Suleman announced that she has a massive crush on the dad from Jon & Kate Plus 8. It's a terrifying idea, really, but you've heard about all of that before. However, I think there could be some interest in watching two "reality TV stars" film together, while still claiming to hate the cameras and everything that they've done to their families.

It was announced earlier this week that Jon Gosselin was being fired by TLC from the family's hit show "Jon & Kate Plus 8", but what you might not have heard by now is about the TV dad's retalliation; threating to pull the plug on the show saying he believes the environment is detrimental to his children. Funny how that never came up when the couple was struggling to save their marriage, or even while he was still actively involved with the show. This announcement only came after his TLC paycheque was being threatened. Nonetheless, here's Jon Gosselin's take on the situation, as he outlined in an interview on Larry King Live last night.

It's been a while since we've seen a good scandal of any type involving a TV star that doesn't come from the Gosselin Clan (Jon & Kate Plus , but most recently, it's a Grey's Anatomy star making the news for a sex scandal which fortunately involved his wife. Eric Dane, who plays McSteamy on Grey's Anatomy, has clearly been adding a little bit of heat to his romance with wife of 5+ years, Rebecca Gayheart. A new sex tape is circulating the internet which involves the couple naked in bed with former Miss Teen USA (2002) Kari Ann Peniche and while there is no actual sexual activity, they do appear nude, somewhat out of sorts/under the influence, and are discussing what their porn names would be while passing the camera around between them.

The 8 Gosselin children's Aunt Jodi was regularly filmed on the earlier seasons of Jon & Kate Plus 8 as she stepped into help out the growing family and busy parents. However, since a bit of a family estrangement Aunt Jodi Kreider has been speaking out against both Jon & Kate stating that the children's needs aren't being put first.

More recently since the couple announced their split, Jodi and her husband Kevin have been more verbal than ever, even appearing on the Today Show in hopes that someone will listen and make some changes that are favorable to the sextuplets and twins in the Gosselin family.

"It's tragic, and that is why we are continuing to speak out for the children," Jodi Kreider told Harry Smith. "They need to be looked at as the first priority. Damage has already been done."

Jon Gosselin’s got another new girlfriend on his arm, and this time they’ve been traipsing around St. Tropez, France on luxury yachts and mingling with celebrity fashion designers. Jon Gosselin is said to be meeting with Christian Augidier in the hopes of developing a children’s fashion line with the designer.

Jon’s latest squeeze is 22 year old Hailey Glassman, who is said to have a love of partying, which seems to be the 31 year old father of 8’s type these days since splitting with wife Kate Gosselin. The couple met through Hailey Glassman’s father, the plastic surgeon who was responsible for completing Kate Gosselin’s tummy tack after the birth of her sextuplets. Talk about drama!

Rumor has at that Emmy Award winning Chandra Wilson, from Grey’s Anatomy, will be stepping out from in front of the camera to direct an upcoming episode on Season 6 of the hit show, which airs on CTV in Canada.

While there’s been no word yet on when this episode will begin filming, what the focus topic will be, or when it will be airing during the upcoming season, there’s no doubting that as an award winning actress with talent and dedication, any episode that has her in the Director’s chair is sure to be a hit.

And, if it’s not enough that one Grey’s Anatomy cast member is planning on directing an upcoming episode for Grey’s Anatomy’s 6th season, there are rumors that another hit star, whose name as yet to be confirmed or released, is in negotiation to follow in their co-stars footsteps.

Viewers of Jon & Kate Plus 8 know, that unless they’ve been living with their head under a rock, the show’s leading man and lady are struggling with their relationship, and this week’s promotional clips by TLC for the next show allude that they might be finally splitting up. The brief clip shows previous portions of the show where Jon & Kate are engaging in tense interactions or avoiding each other altogether; and the end of the promotional piece says that Jon and Kate are about to reveal some life changing news on Monday’s episode.

A new episode of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here as airing as I write, but regardless of what goes on, we already know the outcome that already has everyone talking. It probably won’t come as a big surprise to you, but Heidi and Spencer are about to leave…again.
