Flashpoint: Behind the Blue Line

The Godwin Coliseum's the pride of a city - an arena rich with the memories and dreams of millions of people. But when it's slated for demolition, Darren Kovacs (guest star Shawn Roberts, WILD ROSES) decides to fight back. As Ed (Hugh Dillon) contains the vast arena, riddled with booby traps and occupied by an active shooter, Parker (Enrico Colantoni) and Jules (Amy Jo Johnson) discover that Darren is doing more than defending a stadium. He's a soldier, recently returned from war and fighting the guilt of losing his best friend in combat. Sam (David Paetkau), haunted by his own ghosts of a military past, reaches out to Darren. Will the connection between the two men lead to a safe resolution or will Darren turn the tables on the team and gain the upper hand?

Flashpoint: The Good Citizen

The SRU is called in when a gun is fired in a local bar and two local drug dealers have been beaten up. The team quickly learns that the drug dealers were terrorizing the owner of the bar (guest star Fulvio Cecere, INTELLIGENCE) and that a good citizen came to his rescue. The team identifies the good citizen as Robert Cooper (guest star Alex Carter, CSI), the president of the neighborhood guard association. When Cooper goes after and shoots one of the dealers, the team fear that Cooper is taking the law into his own hands and becoming a vigilante. The team must race to protect the dealers and save Cooper from himself.

Flashpoint: You Think You Know Someone

10:00pm - Friday, November 6 on CTV

Sgt. Parker (Enrico Colantoni) receives a message from Hayley Brynne (guest star Jordana Largy, Run Rabbit Run), a young girl he has helped since her mother was killed in a police raid years ago. When he shows up to meet Hayley he's attacked by Kevin (guest star Brendan Fletcher, Freddy vs. Jason), her jealous ex-boyfriend. Kevin is convinced that Parker is the one who shot Hayley's mother years ago and is determined to expose the truth to Hayley even if it costs Parker his life. Meanwhile Team One is hot on the trail, desperate to locate Parker before it's too late.

Flashpoint: The Farm

10:00pm - Friday, October 30 on CTV

A desperate woman, Rachel (Gina Holden, HARPER'S ISLAND) attempts to hold up a gas station. But the robbery goes wrong and hostages are taken. The SRU is called in and discovers that Rachel is on the run from a cult compound called "The Farm". Rachel believes that her husband, the cult's leader Charles (John Pyper-Ferfuson, BROTHERS & SISTERS), has lost his grip on reality and has become dangerous. Ed (Hugh Dillon) and Jules (Amy Jo Johnson) are sent to investigate. When Ed discovers signs of an imminent mass homicide, he is taken hostage. The SRU surrounds the cult compound, racing against time to free Ed and rescue all the cult members from a fiery end.

Flashpoint: Coming to You Live

10:00pm - Friday, October 23 on CTV

On his last day on the job, on air radio talk show host Pat Cosgrove (guest star Michael Riley, BEING ERICA) promises to go out with a bang when he takes prominent politician Ryan Malone (guest star Paul Christie, WILD ROSES) hostage. Team One races to the station to find Cosgrove has kidnapped Malone and is now broadcasting from a remote, secret studio. Things take a volatile turn when Cosgrove puts Malone "on trial" for a homicide he believes the man committed years ago.

Flashpoint: Custody

10:00pm - Friday, October 16 on CTV

The SRU respond when a distraught man, Donald (Alan Van Sprang, THE TUDORS), takes a lawyer at gunpoint. The team discovers Donald has recently won custody of his two children but suspects his ex-wife Helen (Kathleen Robertson, THE BUSINESS) is plotting with her lawyer to steal them back. Investigation leads the team to discover Donald was right and it's up to the team to perform a risky 'rolling roadblock' maneuver to stop Helen and bring the children home.

Flashpoint: Just a Man

10:00pm - Friday, October 9 on CTV

Model prisoner Anton Burrows (Roger Cross, THE L WORD) is up for parole but is denied when the victim's family, the Amiris, speaks against him. Moments later, a ruthless gang incites a riot at Langstaff Maximum Security and takes the Amiris hostage. The SRU are called in and Ed (Hugh Dillon) is surprised to find an old friend acting as riot spokesman. Investigation leads the team to suspect the gang is plotting a break, but they discover the gang's true agenda is much worse.

Flashpoint: Never Let You Down

10:00pm - Friday, October 2 on CTV

The SRU must locate and rescue beautiful young waitress, Zoe Granger (Joanna Douglas, BEING ERICA), after she is abducted by a mysterious intruder. Investigation leads the team to discover the culprit is Dale Murray (Brian Markinson, THE L WORD), one of Zoe's regulars. What appears to be a case of romantic obsession proves far more complicated when the team discovers Dale is suffering from a dangerous delusional disorder.

Flashpoint Season Premiere Viewer Ratings

CTV’s FLASHPOINT delivered yet another bullseye Friday night, capturing its largest audience ever* with nearly two million (1.88 million) viewers on CTV. Growing by a remarkable 48%* from last season’s premiere and peaking at 2.3 million viewers, the debut was #1 of the night, outgunning timeslot competitor NUMB3RS (Global/CBS, 678,000) by 178%. FLASHPOINT also debuted #1 in its timeslot in Toronto and Vancouver and in the key 18-34 and 18-49 demos.

In the series’ most emotional and unforgettable episode ever, which saw Lewis (Mark Taylor) sacrifice his life for the team, FLASHPOINT improved by 29% on its 9 p.m. lead-in MEDIUM (1.5 million) and grew 6% in its second half hour.

An encore broadcast of the debut delivered 625,000 viewers Saturday night. Viewers who missed the episode can also watch it on demand on the CTV Video Player at CTV.ca.

Flashpoint: Exit Wounds

Derek (KC Collins, Doomstown) has been taking care of his little brother Matt (Jahmil French) since their mother was killed years ago. When Matt witnesses a gangland slaying by drug dealer Shane (Cle Bennett, INSTANT STAR), Shane turns the gun on a fleeing Matt. Matt manages to escape, but is badly wounded. Shane and his crew follow Derek and Matt to a downtown hospital for a deadly ambush, but find Derek is a surprisingly resourceful adversary. Team One responds to the shootout and have their hands full chasing multiple shooters through a busy downtown hospital.

Flashpoint: Last Dance

Team One is called to intercept a volatile young couple (guest stars Kathleen Munroe, WITHOUT A TRACE and Luke Kirby, TELL ME YOU LOVE ME) on what appears to be a drug-fuelled crime spree. But as ‘Bonnie and Clyde’ hold a roomful of terrified wedding guests hostage, the team discovers the tragic secret behind this unforgettable night. And Parker (Enrico Colantoni) must make a wrenching ethical decision that threatens Team One’s unity.

Flashpoint: Perfect Storm

Billy Dresden (Calum Worthy, SMALLVILLE) is a shy, sensitive teen who’s had enough after being bullied everyday for a year. Team One is called in when he brings a gun to school bent on murderous revenge. In addition to the chaos of a locked down high school filled with panicked students, the team must deal with a cop who takes the law into his own hands when he learns his son is trapped inside the school. The team races to track Billy down before it’s too late.
