CBC has announced the judges for the upcoming series Over the Rainbow.

Experienced UK talent series judge Arlene Phillips and musical theatre performers Thom Allison and Louise Pitre will make up the panel who will help choose the next Dorothy for a Toronto production of The Wizard of Oz.

Phillips has served on the judging panels of Strictly Come Dancing, So You Think You Can Dance, DanceX and Strictly Dance Fever in the past.

Winnipeg-born Allison is currently featuring in Ragtime at the Shaw festival and has just completed a run in Priscilla: Queen of the Desert. Continue reading »
