Keeping Up with the Kardashians - Season 8The new baby daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will likely make her debut on the former’s E! reality series later this season.

Even though West has declared that he will never appear on the show again and that the baby “isn’t America’s child”, according to Deadline it is likely their daughter will appear at some stage as filming is currently continuing on the new season.

E! has confirmed that there are no plans at this stage for a “baby special”.

Perhaps Kim has gone of the idea of one-off specials after the disaster that was her televised wedding special to NBA basketballer Kris Humphries.

True-Blood2012Alan Ball is getting back to what he does best: writing.

The True Blood creator and former showrunner is working on a bunch of new screenplays and series ideas.

“I’m just writing for the love of writing, getting back to what it used to be with just me and the computer,” Ball told The Hollywood Reporter.

I have a series idea that I’m working on and writing on spec and have two screenplays I’m trying to put together and I’m working on another one and then I have another one that’s halfway finished,” he says. “[The show] is unlike either Six Feet Under or True Blood; it’s very different. I’d definitely say it’s a drama but it’s too early to talk about.”

Another Game of Thrones montage clip has hit the net and this one features the ever-suffering Jon Snow (Kit Harrington).

The clip channels Rocky IV’s epic Russian training montage with a bit of John Farnham’s ‘Break The Ice’ thrown in for good measure.

DeviousMaidsEva Longoria has defended her new series Devious Maids against criticism that hit stereotypes Latino women.

The Lifetime series is yet to hit the air but already multiple sources have begun criticising it for stereotyping Latino women as housekeepers in the US.

“[These maids are] the moral compass of the show,” executive producer Longoria said. “For our show to even have five Latino women … The fact is that we do make up a large part of the domestic workers. When someone criticizes that, it’s saying why are you showing your story? That’s so stereotypical, I always think. You’re telling me their story’s not worth telling. That means they’re not complex. That they don’t have a life, that they don’t have a story to tell. They do.” Continue reading »

“Everything is watermarked; you get pieces of information but not all of it,” the gravel-voiced Dillon told TV Guide Canada. “You’ve got to sign a contract that you won’t disclose any information. Flashpoint seemed so open. We were all over Toronto and we’d been there for years. You could answer any question with any fan. Here, it’s like everything’s a f—ing secret. Everything.” Continue reading »
