Fashion meets hockey on CBC's Hockey Night in Canada

HockeyNight2013Fashion will collide hockey on CBC’s Hockey Night in Canada during the next round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

In a special feature dubbed Fashion Night in Canada, the hockey crew will receive new looks courtesy of Canadian designers Christopher Bates, Farley Chatto, Haithem Elkadidi of KaaDiki, Marlon Durrant, Caitlin Power and Philip Sparks.

The exclusive new looks will be unveiled ahead of Game 4 of the Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Boston Bruins series on Friday, June 7 during the live pre-game show, Scotiabank Hockey Tonight, at 7:30 p.m. ET (4:30 p.m. PT).

In addition to the on-air segment, viewers will have online access to behind-the-scenes footage, images and more at Fashion lovers and hockey fans alike can get in on the Fashion Night in Canada conversation by following @HockeyNight and using #FashionNight.

Each member of the HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA studio team was paired with a Canadian designer who outfitted them with a design inspired by their own personal style.
