Kardashians2013The premiere reality TV family will return to E! with a brand new season in June.

The Kardashians will return with the ninth season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians on June 2.

The season premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians follows last Sunday’s season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami on E!, which became the most-watched episode in the series’ history.

To get viewers primed for the premiere, executive producer and close friend Ryan Seacrest sits down with the series’ stars – for the first-time ever – for an exclusive one-hour special, Ryan Seacrest with the Kardashians: An E! MurdochMysteries12Murdoch Mysteries actor Yannick Bisson has scored a new gig in a new preschool series.

Bisson will play Mister Anthony in The Adventures of Napkin Man for CBC.

His character is a preschool teacher who draws a superhero named Napkin Man for his students. The creation comes to life in an animated world to aid the kids with their feelings.

Bisson said, “I was instantly smitten by the series, and look forward to The Adventures of Napkin Man captivating both children and parents alike. Caringly crafted, the series is completely fresh and different, and I believe elevates preschool television to a new level of entertainment and child development. missy peregrymMissy Peregrym says that sometimes she finds it hard to define where her Rookie Blue character Andy McNally begins and where she herself ends.

The Canadian actress told zap2it ahead of the fourth season of the Global series that she is asked quite often if it’s become second nature playing Andy.

“People ask if it’s second nature to play Andy now, or if I have to think about it a lot,” Peregrym tells Zap2it, “and it’s kind of a difficult answer. Sometimes, I don’t know where Andy begins and I end. I’m learning from her through stuff I’ve never experienced before; other times, I can project my experiences onto the character and into the story. Continue reading »


Glee_Project_LogoAfter two seasons, The Glee Project has been given the axe.

The Glee reality spin-off series has not been renewed by the Oxygen network.

It is understood that ratings will have been a factor in the axe and also the fact that Glee itself is yet to receive a season order.

The series gave contestants Damian McGinty, Samuel Larsen, Lindsay Pearce, Alex Newell, Blake Jenner and Ali Stroker multi-episode arcs on the show. Continue reading »
