Breaking Bad leads 2013 WGA Awards nominations

Breaking Bad is leading the pack in the nominations for the 2013 Writers Guild of American Awards.

The drama series has picked up a handful of nods for the awards, which celebrate the best in writing in the fields of TV, news, radio, promotional writing and graphic animation.

In the ‘Drama (Episodic)’ category alone, Breaking Bad is nominated four times, with only one Homeland episode and a Mad Men episode offering competition.
