BIG Magic International launches in Canada as part of an expansion into the overseas markets that will also include the likes of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bhutan.
“We are also in detailed discussions with interested parties for launching the channel in the UK and Middle East,” the company said.
BIG Magic International will be available on all the major platforms like Rogers Cable, Bell DTH and Bell Fibe.
“The channel will reach a relevant audience base of 0.2 million across these platforms. The revenue model is based on subscription and ad-sales,” it said.
The channel will feature a mix of dramas, sitcoms and news.
