Food Network Canada gets festive with new and returning holiday specials

Beginning Monday December 5, Food Network is rolling out a flurry of holiday-themed hits including two brand-new Canadian holiday specials, Bitchin’ Kitchen Christmas featuring Nadia G (Bitchin’ Kitchen) and Chuckmas with Chuck Hughes (Chuck’s Day Off and Next Iron Chef: Super Chefs).

To make the season even merrier, Food Network presents all-new, edge-of-your-seat competition specials like Food Network Challenge: Christmas Classics and Iron Chef America: Morimoto vs Symon, fun takes on holiday traditions with specials such as Jamie’s Best Ever Christmas, Cupcake Wars: Holiday Tree Lighting, Chopped Holiday 2011, The Best Thing I Ever Ate: Season’s Eatings, along with much, much more!

After managing a red hot TV career including competing on The Next Iron Chef: Super Chefs and opening a new restaurant this year, Chuck Hughes is ready to take on his biggest challenge yet – hosting for the holidays! Chuckmas brings you inside Chuck’s home as he prepares to entertain and feed his family and friends this holiday season. In this fun-filled holiday special, Chuck delivers his take on Christmas – Chuckmas, premiering Saturday December 10 at 12pm and 8pm ET.

The hilarious Nadia G is showcasing dishes from around the world in Bitchin’ Kitchen Christmas premiering on Saturday, December 10 at 11am and 7pm ET. With an international flair for the festive season, Nadia is cooking Fresh Scallop Ceviche, Spicy Tom Yum, Mussels in Meyer Lemon White Wine Sauce and more! Sharing in the spirit of giving, this special will also premiere the song and music video “A Bitchin’ Christmas” – a roundup of celebrity chefs singing a merry medley for feeding the hungry this holiday season, all the proceeds of which will go to charity.
