OMNI Television brings viewers green carpet coverage ahead of IIFA 2011 Awards

One of the biggest nights in Bollywood is coming to Canada and OMNI Television’s Bollywood Boulevard is bringing viewers an exclusive, up-close-and-personal look at the big event with 2-hours of LIVE coverage from the Rogers Centre.

Join OMNI Television for Bollywood Boulevard: LIVE at IIFA 2011 on Saturday, June 25 at 6pmon OMNI.2 in Ontario, 4pm on OMNI Alberta and 3pm on OMNI B.C.

The IIFA 2011 Awards Ceremony will be available live via Pay Per View starting at 8pm. Viewers can tune in to OMNI Television for the Canadian broadcast premiere of the IIFA 2011 Awards Ceremony on Sunday, July 24 at 8pm.  

Co-hosted by Veronica Chail and Mohit Rajhans, Bollywood Boulevard: LIVE at IIFA 2011grants viewers an all-access pass to the unique IIFA green carpet experience. Featuring exclusive interviews with some of Bollywood’s biggest names, a look at the gorgeous gowns and a glance at IIFA 2011 events happening around Toronto, OMNI gives viewers an unparalleled glimpse into Bollywood’s most glamourous event.

Then, tune into OMNI at11pm for a LIVE Post-Awards Special. With OMNI News reporter, Monica Dogra in studio and Veronica and Mohit live on the green carpet, viewers will be the first to hear about the big winners, alluring performances and all the extravagant details from the night.    

Bollywood Boulevard brings viewers the best in South Asian entertainment.  From the glitz and glamour of Indian Cinema, to the juiciest industry gossip, the entertainment series is Mumbai’s answer to Hollywood.  Starting Monday, June 20,Bollywood Boulevard will air daily at 8:30pm on OMNI.2 in Ontario and Alberta, 9:30pm in B.C. for two full weeks, bringing audiences the latest in IIFA 2011 news, special features and exclusive interviews with top stars, and later, recapping the entire IIFA 2011 weekend.
