William Shatner moving on from $#*! My Dad Says cancellation

Canadian actor William Shatner isn’t letting the recent cancellation of $#*! My Dad Says get him down, saying its will free up time to do other things he wants to do.

“It’s really disappointing because I thought it was funny … and it was on its way to being better,” Shatner said yesterday.

“The thing I’ll miss most is that they were wonderful people that I became associated with. I just loved them – the cast, the crew and the management .

“On the other hand, it frees me up to do many of these other things I want to do.”

The actor has a lot on his plate at the moment, with a Star Trek-themed documentary out soon as well as a new album and a book called Shatner Rules.

Next month, Shatner will be making an appearance at the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, which runs from 17 -19 June.
