Professional recording artists, parents and house flippers, Kortney and Dave Wilson take viewers on another whirlwind journey through their lives in CMT’s new series The Wilsons Flip Out, premiering on Friday, March 11 at 7 p.m. ET.

The Wilsons Flip Out takes viewers on The Wilson’s most ambitious house flip of their lives, on a house that is directly across the street from where they live. Work, life and family balance collide with their financial future staring at them in the face. But life with The Wilsons has never been “the usual,” and the kids, Jett, Sully, Leni and some new faces, including babysitter Kaci, are all part of the often unexpected and frequently hilarious antics viewers have come to know and love from this family. A Canadian original series, all eight half-hour episodes are produced by RGK One Shot Productions in association with CMT.

In episode one, The Wilsons Flip Out: Demolition Derby, premiering on Friday, March 11 at 7 p.m. ET, viewers rejoin The Wilsons just as they’ve closed on their latest and possibly most ambitious endeavor – the purchase of a Victorian disaster across the street. It is an expensive flip, and there is a lot of pressure to get it on the market as quickly as possible. The demolition begins with Dave being more hands on than usual, while Kortney is selling their new album and merchandise out of their house – all while the kids are home on summer break.

In addition to new episodes, viewers can find behind-the-scenes extras and updates from Dave and Kortney themselves on CMT.ca.

Montreal’s hottest chef and host of Food Network Canada’s Chuck’s Day Off has accepted the challenge of a lifetime as a competitor on Iron Chef America. Chef Chuck Hughes battles it out in Kitchen Stadium against Iron Chef Bobby Flay on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 10pm ET/PT on Food Network Canada.

When Chef Hughes was called to take centre stage in Kitchen Stadium, he and his two sous chefs, James Daran and Jean-Francois Methot, from his Montreal restaurant, Garde Manger, packed up their knives and prepared for battle. Pitted against Iron Chef Bobby Flay, Chef Hughes and his team will have only 60 minutes to create a four-star meal using the famed secret ingredient revealed at the beginning of the taping.

“It’s a huge honour to be invited to compete on Iron Chef America, something I have always wanted to do,” says Chef Chuck Hughes. “There is no way to fully prepare for a competition like Iron Chef America, but when the restaurant was closed, my team and I would randomly grab a bunch of ingredients and practice cooking five dishes in 60 minutes. We really wanted to do well – to make Quebec and Canada proud.”

During the battle between Hughes and Flay, The Chairman, Mark Dacascos, oversees both competitors as they combat the clock and each other to create a four-star meal containing the mystery ingredient. Food Network Canada’s Thirsty Traveler, Kevin Brauch, exposes the goings-on in each competitor’s kitchen as he reports from the action-packed floor while Alton Brown, host of Food Network’s Good Eats, offers play-by-play analyses and personal insights as dishes are created and tensions rise.  An all-star judging panel, including Stefan Gates, food adventurer and award-winning writer and television presenter; Karine Bakhoum, restaurant consultant and public relations expert; and food writer John T. Edge, score each dish for taste, presentation and originality and declare victory for one chef.  Tune in to Food Network Canada on Sunday, March 20 at 10pm ET/PT to find out whose cuisine reigns supreme.

Chef Hughes’ Factual Entertainment Award-winning Canadian series Chuck’s Day Off follows him on his days off from his bustling Montreal restaurant, Garde Manger, as he cooks for friends, family and suppliers. Viewers indulge in the mouth-watering recipes he whips up and the behind-the-scenes access into one of Montreal’s hottest restaurants. Chuck’s Day Off is produced by Whalley-Abbey Media and its second season currently airs Thursdays at 7pm ET and Saturdays at 11am ET on Food Network Canada.

Chef Hughes will be available for media interviews in Vancouver on March 16th and 17th, and in Toronto on March 18th.
