Dancing with the Stars winner Jennifer Grey is set to undergo back surgery in the next week or so.

The actress, who claimed the Mirrorball Trophy last week, ruptured a disc in her back following the gruelling months of training she put in for the reality show.

“I ruptured a disc, and I’m gonna go home today and I’m probably gonna have surgery this week or sometime next week,” Grey told Access Hollywood.

“Compared to the other surgeries I had on my neck, my doctor says it won’t be a big deal. I’ll be home that night.
