The Dr. Oz Show Premieres on CTV

Airing weekdays starting Monday, Sept. 14 at 5 p.m. ET on CTV (check CTV.ca to confirm local broadcast times), THE DR. OZ SHOW is an entertaining, high octane, multi-topic hour that is equal parts life-saving information combined with an ‘embarrassment-free zone’ sensibility where nothing is off limits or out of bounds. The show is all about its audience – what impacts viewers, their families and their health to become more conscious about their wellbeing on a daily basis.

To help you kick off your fall season right, try out this special recipe from Dr. Oz which contains a lot of fibre, antioxidants and essential vitamins and nutrients that repair the effects of toxic build-up in the body:

Oz Green Drink Recipe

(28-30 ounces for 3-4 glasses)

Spinach – 2 cups

Cucumber – 2  

Celery – 1 bunch

Ginger Root – ¼ inch or a tsp.

Parsley – 1 bunch

Apple – 2

Lime – 1

Lemon – ½

Put all the ingredients in a juicer until mixed.
