'A' Fall 2009 Premiere Dates

Building on the success of another hot summer season, /A\ continues to shine bright this fall with a gripping new primetime lineup. /A\ announced today premiere dates for the 2009 fall season, including TV’s most buzz-worthy new series: David S. Goyer’s (Batman Begins) highly-anticipated thriller FLASHFORWARD (Sept. 24), based on the novel by Canadian author Robert J. Sawyer. Also heating up the schedule this season are fresh new series including mystical drama EASTWICK (Sept. 23), starring Canada’s own Paul Gross; and Ashton Kutcher’s gossip-grabbing drama THE BEAUTIFUL LIFE (Sept. 16).

The /A\ schedule is still home to many of last season’s hits including dance sensation SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (Sept. 9), the racy teen drama GOSSIP GIRL (Sept. 14), J.J. Abram’s breakout hit FRINGE (Sept. 17) and GREY’S ANATOMY spin-off PRIVATE PRACTICE (Oct. 1). Monday nights boast a laugh-out-loud comedy lineup including the back-to-back comedy powerhouse of Canada’s #1 comedy TWO AND A HALF MEN and this summer’s break-out hit THE BIG BANG THEORY, along with mid-season hit CASTLE (all Sept. 21). Entering its 20th season, classic drama series LAW & ORDER (Sept. 25) keeps the /A\ schedule grounded along with returning favourite mystery thriller MEDIUM (Sept. 25). A detailed list of premiere dates is included below.
