A broken-hearted Rusty (Jacob Zachar) and Casey (Spencer Grammer) head back to school for a new semester after the fallout from the newspaper article that turned the Greek system upside down. Under the watchful eye of Dean Bowman (Alan Ruck) and a newly assigned ZBZ national rep, Casey organizes an all-Greek carnival in support of the dean’s favorite charity. At the carnival, the Plain White T’s return for another performance as the Kappa Tau band.

The search continues as thousands of hopefuls audition for the chance to become America’s Favourite Dancer.

MTV in New York announced today the addition of Brüno, Chris Pine, Kiefer Sutherland, Leann Rimes, Ed Helms, Anna Faris, Justin Bartha and Triumph the Insult Dog to the list of presenters for the 2009 MTV MOVIE AWARDS. They join the already announced celebrity-packed list of presenters which include Shia LaBeouf, Sandra Bullock, Sienna Miller, Channing Tatum, Bradley Cooper, Abigail Breslin, Danny McBride, Sofia Vassilieva, Denzel Washington, Cameron Diaz, Ryan Reynolds, Will Ferrell, Vanessa Hudgens, Leighton Meester, Jonah Hill and Lil Wayne. Viewers in Canada can tune in to catch their favourite celebs at home as The 2009 MTV MOVIE AWARD, hosted by Andy Samberg, air Sunday, May 31 at 9 p.m. ET on MTV in Canada.

June 13
Let the pandemonium begin! Fans aged 14+ should keep Saturday, June 13 – and the days leading up to it – completely free if they want a coveted wristband for the 2009 MMVAs. The giveaway starts at 8 a.m. so fans should be at the corner of Queen and John in Toronto extremely early for a chance to capture the hottest ticket in town! Only one wristband per person is allowed and fans must be prepared to have it affixed to their wrist until the show on June 21. Music lovers are highly encouraged to help make a difference and bring a non-perishable food item for the Daily Bread Food Bank and, as always, photo ID is absolutely mandatory!

MMVA10K
June 21
Wanna win 10K?  Watch the MMVAs live on June 21 and look for questions that appear on the TV screen in real time. Then, go to muchmusic.com to answer the MMVAs related trivia questions for a chance to win. Each correct answer is worth a ballot in the grand prize draw for…yup, a sweet 10 grand! The more ballots earned, the better the chance of winning the cash. It’s the easiest 10K ever!

Nokia SoundCheck
Closes June 8
This year, viewers have a chance to host the first-ever Nokia SoundCheck the day before the big show. Fans must upload a photo and a convincing argument to prove they can intro bands, mingle with the stars, and pump up the crowd just like a Much VJ. Much-discovered band Stereos performs live and Mandy Moore dishes about her new album, Amanda Leigh on MUCHONDEMAND

It’s not everyday that a young, Canadian band gets a chance to make it big and score a major record deal. But thanks to MuchOriginal series DISBAND, that’s exactly what happened for Edmonton band Stereos. Now fans can rock out with the boys live Thursday, May 28 at 5 p.m. ET as they heat up MUCHONDEMAND with a performance of their first single “Summer Girl.”

And it doesn’t stop there. Mega-watt actress/singer/songwriter Mandy Moore joins the punked-out hotties to talk about her new album, Amanda Leigh which features the new single, “I Can Break Your Heart Any Day of the Week.” Two live interviews, one hot performance, and six heartbreakers make for one must see MOD.
