Fans to Vote for The 2009 MMVAs UR FAVE Awards

The countdown to the 2009 MMVAs is on and MuchMusic needs fans to help put the highly-coveted MMVAs statues in the hands of deserving nominees. The 2009 MMVAs UR FAVE Awards (formerly People’s Choice Awards) give fans the power to determine the winners in three award categories: UR FAVE New Artist/Group, UR FAVE Video and UR FAVE International Video.

Fans can vote now for the 2009 MMVAs UR FAVE Award nominees by hitting up or by texting MMVA to 299299. They can also log on to the website to check out all of the nominated videos, plus shop for downloads and ringtones from all the nominees.

Earlier this month fans flocked to to cast more than 70,000 votes that added Karl Wolf, Simple Plan, and Britney Spears as Wildcard nominees to the 2009 MMVAs UR FAVE Award categories.
