Guided by world-renowned fashion photographer Russell James, competitors embark on a series of photo shoots meant to challenge their creativity, including working with supermodels and high-end professionals, while traveling to exotic locations – all to capture the perfect shot. Each week, Russell and his professional panel review the cast’s photos, eliminating the weakest shooter, until the best photographer is left standing.

The ladies participate in their first fashion show and later head to Central Park for a photo shoot. During panel, one girl is sent home.
