Canada’s child sex tourism law has been part of the Criminal Code since 1997, enabling authorities to arrest Canadian residents engaging in sex with children overseas. Only three Canadians have been convicted under this law – the first case being that of Vancouver’s Donald Bakker. W-FIVE’s Victor Malarek investigates the incredible circumstances that led to Bakker’s arrest and 2005 conviction, and why Canada isn’t doing more to combat sex tourism and child exploitation.

Friday, March 6 10 p.m.

Jerry (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) holds court against an arrogant DA while defending an HIV-positive man leveled with attempted murder charges for spitting at a police officer. Meanwhile, Bobbi (Natalia Cigliuti) and Richard (Teddy Sears) defend a 14-year-old possibly connected to a homicide. And Judge Kessler (Jane Kaczmarek) plans some rest and relaxation in Italy, inviting Charlie (Jonathan Scarfe) along for the trip.

Friday, March 6 9 p.m.

Irina Markov is (Ona Grauer, INTELLIGENCE) a devoted nanny, beloved by the children of the uber-rich Sabiston family. But her new boyfriend Misha (Stefen Hayes, MUTANT X) knows that her heart yearns for her own son, left behind in Russia. He manipulates Irina into letting him and his crew rob the palatial Sabiston mansion. Sgt. Parker (Enrico Colantoni) and the SRU team find the cards stacked against them: the mansion is a high tech, impregnable fortress.  When Misha shocks the team with a show of deadly force, Parker turns to Irina in a desperate bid to take down Misha’s deadly crew, and rescue the Sabiston children.

Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) shares some devastating news with Sam (Kenneth Mitchell) and their relationship is left in limbo.

Thursday, March 5 10 p.m.

A camera crew interviews the staff at County General for a documentary on emergency medicine. Morris’ (Scott Grimes) cop girlfriend gets injured on the job and is rushed into the ER with gunshot wounds. Neela (Parminder Nagra) wonders why her relationship with Brenner (David Lyons) lacks so much communication and Sam (Linda Cardellini) struggles to make amends with her mother (guest star Amy Madigan, GREY’S ANATOMY).

Thursday, March 5 9 p.m.

When the CSIs are called to a murder scene at a familiar motel, Nick (George Eads) is thrown for a loop as he pieces together three separate murder investigations that all took place at the same establishment over the course of a year. Musical artist Taylor Swift, guest-stars as Haley Jones.

Thursday, March 5 8 p.m.

This special “Wild Card” episode will feature the judges’ favorite remaining contestants battling it out live for a coveted spot in the next phase of the competition. The Top 12 are revealed.

Wednesday, March 4 8 p.m.

On tonight’s live results show, the 12 semi-finalists who performed Tuesday night will return to the stage to find out their fate. America’s votes will be revealed and three finalists (highest male vote-getter, highest female vote-getter and next highest vote-getter) will move on in the competition, while nine semi-finalists will go home.

Tuesday, March 3 8 p.m.

The final group of 12 semi-finalists performs in the hopes of winning America over and securing a coveted spot in the Top 12.
