Vic Russell, a trucking company owner, is found murdered after a business meeting with a partner, Stan Klein (Adam Grupper, AS THE WORLD TURNS). Detectives Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Bernard (Anthony Anderson) discover that Klein may have been involved in an illegal scheme to defraud Russell and others. Robert Iler (THE SOPRANOS) also guest stars.

Meanwhile in L.A., Hurley (Jorge Garcia) and Sayid (Naveen Andrews) remain on the run from police while Kate (Evangeline Lilly) gets advice from an old friend concerning “the lie.”
