The tour must go on for the blue-eyed rocker, as he prepares to embark on his second search for that special woman who can live up to his expectations and rock his world. 20 new and beautiful hopefuls have been hand-picked by Michaels to move into his brand new Los Angeles rock palace and compete for his affections.

The contestants, from all walks of life, will be tested on their devotion to Bret and their love and understanding of all things rock ‘n’ roll. Throughout the series, the ladies will take part in challenges designed by Bret himself to test their ability to adapt to the rock ‘n’ roll life, including a talent show, Mud Bowl 2, and custom chopper & video vixen challenges.

The girls who best meet the needs of the bandana-clad rocker are rewarded with exclusive gifts, dates with Michaels and travels worthy of a music superstar. Over the course of the competition, Bret offers the women who rock his world VIP passes allowing them to remain in his mansion and his heart. Chimpanzees may be humans’ closest genetic link, but this scientific fact has not protected these apes from falling to abuse and harm at the hands of humans.

Premiering Sun., June 15 at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Animal Planet with a special hour-long episode, Escape to Chimp Eden follows the rescue and rehabilitation efforts of the Jane Goodall Institute’s Chimpanzee Eden.

Set in the heart of the Mpumalanga region of South Africa, Chimp Eden is a sanctuary where rescued chimps can recover from the horrors of human captivity.

With harsh circumstances ranging from neglect and malnutrition to physical injury and even drug and alcohol abuse, these needy chimps find community and safety with Eugene Cussons, Chimp Eden’s Rescue Director.

Caught in the midst of war-torn countries, chimps frequently fall victim to the bushmeat trade or are caged for entertainment and chained as “pets.”

With only roughly 150,000 chimps remaining in the wild, these atrocities cause a serious decline in the chimpanzee population while insulting the integrity of these dignified apes.

Cussons, a native South Afrian, puts himself in harms way to rescue these chimps from abuse and ultimately protect them from extinction. He researches the locations of the endangered animals and negotiates their release to Chimp Eden where they can be rehabilitated and be given a new chance at life.

From teaching an abused chimp to climb a tree for the first time to the emotional moment when the rescued chimp takes its first steps toward becoming truly wild, each of the 13 half-hour episodes of Escape to Chimp Eden are filled with strength, friendship and most of all, hope.

On the last leg of Coltrane’s journey, the actor stops at Dent Valley for some Cumberland and Westmorland wrestling. It’s a farmers’ sport where male participants wear peculiar embroidered pants – a custom introduced by the Victorians. Coltrane spends time with a farmer’s daughter who dreams of triumphing in the traditionally male arena.

Then, Coltrane drives to Lake Windermere, where he meets the daughter of one of his heroes, Sir Donald Campbell. Find out how Campbell died in a power boat accident and watch as Coltrane tries out a speed boat for himself. The journey continues to Northumbria, which has more castles than any other county in the U.K.

At Chillingham Castle – allegedly the most haunted in England – Coltrane employs some parapsychologists to check the place out. What will the group learn about the castle’s bloodthirsty history? After making his way over the border into Scotland, Coltrane heads to Dumfries and Galloway find out more about one of his family ancestors – blacksmith Kirkpatrick Macmillan.

This inspired relative invented the modern bicycle and Coltrane sets out to make a replica of the bike at the local museum.

For his final stop in Glasgow, he heads to a restaurant that’s involved in the city’s bid to retain the “Curry Capital of Great Britain” title. After quick stint at cooking his own curry, Coltrane enjoys a well deserved meal at his journey’s end.

Sun., June 29 at 8 p.m. ET/9 p.m. PT on OLN

Back on the road, Coltrane stops in the village of Stilton for an eccentric cheese-rolling tournament. Here, fancy dress is obligatory and for the locals, this quintessentially British event is bigger than Christmas.

Then, join Coltrane as he heads west to Burton-on-Trent to meet Rev. Paul Sinclair, a leather-clad biker who operates the world’s only motorcycle funeral service.

Next, travel to Mountsorrel’s granite quarry, one of the biggest holes in Britain. At 10 times the size of Wembley stadium, this quarry is the source of stone for British motorways.

Watch as Coltrane gets the chance to blow a bit of it up on the second leg of his journey.

Next, at the Yorkshire village of Pateley Bridge, step inside the oldest sweet shop in England. With over 200 different kinds of rare sweets in the shop, Coltrane enjoys the delectable treats that have been in production since 1827.

For the final stop on this part of his intriguing journey, Coltrane arrives at the Wray Scarecrow festival, one of Lancashire’s top attractions.

With over 10,000 people visiting each year, local residents come together to make hundreds of scarecrows for the unusual event.

Sun., June 22 at 8 p.m. ET/9 p.m. PT on OLN

After leaving London, Coltrane’s mission to uncover the real heart of Britain begins in High Wycombe where the town’s mayor is weighed on a large pair of scales in front of a braying crowd of locals.

This old tradition began as a way to find out if the Mayor had got fat off the locals’ taxes. Back on the road, Coltrane heads for Gloucestershire, home of the world’s only formation wing walking team.

He meets three brave girls who perform breathtaking stunts while strapped to the wings of bi-planes. Then, it’s off to the Cotswolds, an area renowned for the beauty of its limestone buildings.

Coltrane makes a detour to visit Woodchester Mansion, a gothic restoration project and returns to his art school roots by having a crack at some real stonemasonry.

On one of his last stops, Coltrane witnesses quite possibly one of the most terrifying sports in the country as two entire villages come together at a field to fight each other over a barrel of beer. It’s a no-holds-barred game of rugby with only one rule – there aren’t any.
