We’ve been to the City, now we’re heading to the Jungle.

From the pen of Sex and the City author Candace Bushnell, A-Channel presents the premiere of the highly-anticipated new dramedy Lipstick Jungle on Thursday, Feb. 7 at 10 p.m. ET (visit to confirm local broadcast times). Lipstick Jungle stars Brooke Shields (Suddenly Susan), Kim Raver (24) and Lindsay Price (Beverly Hills, 90210) as three friends with spots on New York City’s list of the 50 Most Powerful Women, but who struggle to achieve more in their lives, careers and loves.

The enticing new dramedy follows the three high-powered BFF’s as they weather the ups and downs of life with each others’ support. Movie executive Wendy (Shields) does everything she can to balance her career and her family; Nico (Raver), the editor-in-chief of a hot fashion magazine, has her eye on becoming CEO; and free-spirited fashion designer Victory (Price) longs to make her dreams come true…and maybe find Mr. Right along the way. With humour and strength, this trio of modern New York women support one another through the triumphs and tears that are part of making it big in the Big Apple.

Also starring in Lipstick Jungle are Andrew McCarthy (The Spiderwick Chronicles), Julian Sands (24), David Alan Basche (United 93), David Norona (Six Feet Under) and Paul Blackthorne (Big Shots). The series is executive-produced by Oliver Goldstick (Ugly Betty), Timothy Busfield (The West Wing) and Bushnell.
